Better with
other people
Classes at R+R Fitness in Bridge of Don, where you'll train alongside like-minded people through a session built to get you motivated, involved and included.
What's on
Strength + Conditioning
The big compound lifts loaded heavy, with conditioning on top. Every lift coached, whatever you're lifting.
Exercise Masterclass
One body part, one session, and the technical detail most people never get taught.
Why a class works
The community is the thing here. It's what makes the class, and it's the reason people turn up on days they wouldn't have trained alone. You're training alongside people at the same point, working through something built to get you motivated, involved and included.
A fixed slot in the diary does the other half of the work. For plenty of people that's the single thing that turns intention into a habit.
Who it's for
- You'd rather train with people than by yourself
- A set time in the week is what makes it actually happen
- You want coaching without one-to-one being the format
- You're new to the gym and would rather not be in it alone
Booking
Classes run at R+R Fitness, Innovation Centre, Exploration Drive, Bridge of Don, and are booked through the gym's timetable.
You don't need to commit to anything to try one. Book a one-off class and pay for that single session, take a classes membership if you're coming regularly, or upgrade an existing R+R gym membership to a dual membership that covers both.
Questions
Do I need to be fit already?
No. Classes are coached and the work scales to whoever's in the room.
What if I'm new and don't know anyone?
That's most people on their first one. The community is the point, not a prerequisite.
Do I need a membership?
Not to try one. You can book a one-off class on its own. If you're coming regularly, a classes membership or a dual membership on top of your existing gym membership works out better.
Can I do a class and 1-to-1?
Plenty of people do. Classes cover the conditioning and the consistency; 1-to-1 covers the technique work.
